WHAT TO LOOK FOR
Stiffness and pain especially with movement
CAUSES
Strain due to overexertion

TREATMENT AT HOME FOR MUSCLE PAIN
Massage affected part and keep it warm
Rest
Take painkillers such as paracetamol or ibuprofen
